Sophia Clark is an enthusiastic young creator living in Guelph, Ontario. Her 2020 album, Minimalist, is a gorgeous 8-track collection to captivate you with resonant harmonies and stories to soundtrack your inner life. Sophia's songs have been played on radio programs (including Folks Roots Radio with Jan Hall and Canadian Roots with Kat on Erin Radio). "If This Is It (Cottage Song)" was also featured on The Real Questions Pod (2022). Her music is a deeply thoughtful exploration of how to move through a complicated world with a tender, sometimes aching, heart. Her lyrics offer careful observations of the everyday as though they could shatter if she were to choose the wrong word. Sophia’s voice is clear and kind and simple in its delivery, with her choral background made obvious in the harmony arrangements on many of her recorded songs. She's currently working on her third album.
